The chef and author will join Dr. Dariush Mozaffarian, the Dean of Nutrition at Tufts University, to clarify a dietary landscape riddled with misinformation and explore how the food we eat impacts the world. This session will be moderated by longtime Summit advisor, Michael Hebb.

The walk into the valley of loss and mortality is an intentional one, and this perennial Summit conversation in the round has become legendary for a reason: this is a conversation that defines who we are.
