Today, we are in the midst of a historic migration of people into cities. By 2050, there will be an estimated 9 billion people on Earth, and a staggering 75% of them will live in urban areas. As we begin our first Summit gathering in a major city, we will explore the question: what role can nature play in helping to balance all of the competing interests of urbanism?
