Alice Waters is one of the most influential food activists in the world and a pioneer of the farm-to-table movement. The chef and author will join Dr. Dariush Mozaffarian, the Dean of Nutrition at Tufts University, to clarify a dietary landscape riddled with misinformation and explore how the food we eat impacts the world. This session will be moderated by longtime Summit advisor, Michael Hebb.
